Refund available upon return of goods if notified of any issues within two weeks of receipt. Gear will be replaced or repaired as appropriate if it fails under reasonable use (don't use it for hauling rocks!) for 12 months.
If an item is in stock I'll usually mail it within a days and provide a tracking number. Custom items and colours can take two to three weeks depending upon size and complexity.
